Human Resources Manager (BPO/Call Center)

We are a small but growing BPO located in Santo Domingo. We are looking for a leader to own Human Resources and be our HR Manager. You will shape company policy and be the key link between our workforce and management team.

We work with great clients from the US, Canada, and Europe and our goal is to build a workforce who is compensated well, given a good work environment, and performs their job well.

- This position requires fluent English.
- This is an on-site position in our office in Los Prados.
- This a 40 hour per work schedule
- Schedule: 9am-6pm Dominican time

Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day HR tasks
- Create HR/company policies
- Handle compensation, benefits, and payroll
- Ensure company compliance with labor law
- Perform onboarding for new hires
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and selection
- Create and review employee work contracts
- Resolve employee conflicts
- Take ownership of the HR department

Requirements:

- B2 English (verbal and written)
- 5 years experience in HR, preferably in a BPO/call center
- High attention to detail
- Good judgement
- Process focused work style
- You must be organized
- You must have excellent understanding of HR compliance and labor law
