Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in optimizing and expanding our Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring seamless operations across SalesCloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ platforms. The ideal candidate will bring extensive Salesforce expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for driving innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain customized Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, SOQL queries, Visualforce pages, and automation tools.
Implement and optimize SalesCloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ functionalities to address business needs and streamline processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, design solutions, and manage development tasks through Jira.
Lead DevOps practices using Git and Bitbucket, ensuring smooth version control and deployment processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the reliability and scalability of Salesforce systems.
Monitor and stay updated on Salesforce releases, best practices, and new features to recommend and implement system improvements.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent Experience.
10+ years of experience in analyst or business management roles.
7+ years in the wireless industry, focusing on sales, operations, technical operations, or customer care.
7+ years as a Salesforce Admin/Developer with expertise in SalesCloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, automation, SOQL, and Apex.
Relevant Salesforce certifications, including:
Salesforce Administrator
Platform Developer I & II
JavaScript Developer I
Application Architect
Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect

Required Skills:

Advanced knowledge of DevOps tools, specifically Git and Bitbucket.
4+ years of experience with Jira development, preferably in cloud environments.
Strong analytical skills for identifying and leveraging opportunities from raw data.
Advanced troubleshooting and fault isolation abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
English Proficiency Minimum B2

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 9:30 AM 7:00 PM

Compensation Package:

Annual budget: US$50,000.00 to US$85,000.00 (based on experience, skills, and certifications).
