Descripción de la oferta de trabajo

Proven experience in a tech support or customer service role.
Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and software applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira) is a plus.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are advantageous.
