Location: On-site in an office in Naco near Tiradentes Ave.
Compensation: $100.000 DOP per month, mix of base plus bonus
We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to oversee a small team of outbound sales reps. We are interested in individuals who have experience in outbound sales and experience in managing sales people.
You will be responsible for building the team and responsible for the team meeting their targets.
Sales reps make outbound calls on behalf of our client companies, and you will need to communicate and coordinate with our client companies.
Training on the company's products, services, and processes will be provided.
Job Responsibilities:
Interview, hire, train, manage sales reps
Backfill as needed to make sure the team meets targets
Coordinate with our clients
