​Compensation: $225/hr paid biweekly

Location: On-site in an office in Naco near Tiradentes Ave.

We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Rep to work with a fast paced and growing SaaS company in California. We are interested in individuals who have a high attention to detail and can communicate well on the phone.

You will be interacting with customers in English via phone, email, and chat.

Training on the company's products, services, and processes will be provided.

Job Responsibilities:
Resolve customer service calls, emails, and chats
Properly handle tickets in ZenDesk
Outreach to existing customers

Requirements

Native / C2 English (written and verbal)
Can follow a process and meet targets
1-2 years of customer service experience
Preferred Requirements:
Experience working in SaaS, law enforcement, or government agencies
