Compensation: $225/hr DOP, paid bi-weekly
Location: On-site in an office in Naco near Tiradentes Ave.
We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Rep to work with a large company based in New York City. We are interested in individuals who have a high attention to detail and can communicate well on the phone.
You will be interacting with customers in English via phone, email, and chat.
Training on the company's products, services, and processes will be provided.
Job Responsibilities:
Resolve customer service calls, emails, and chats
Properly handle tickets in the ticketing software
Outreach to existing customers
Requirements
Native / C2 English (written and verbal)
Can follow a process and meet targets
1-2 years of customer service experience
