***This is an in office position. The office is in Los Prados***

We are looking for an experienced bilingual customer support representative to work with one of our client companies in the insurance industry. You are the first point of contact for customers and you will assist them with questions regarding their account.

You will speak with customers in SPANISH, but you will need to fill out forms in ENGLISH.

Pay:

RD $200 per hour

Schedules available:

08:30AM - 5:00PM Eastern time
US and Local Holiday work – Upon client’s request. Additional overtime if working on a Dominican holiday.

Responsibilities Include:

- Answering customers questions about their account in Spanish
- Transferring customers to the appropriate department
- Making notes and updating the CRM in English
- Communicating with customers via email, chat, and voice

Requirements for the role:

- B2+ English
- Fluent Spanish
- 1+ years experience in a customer support role

Training will be provided and last 2-3 weeks.
Salario:
RD$200.00 Por Hora
