French-English speaking Quality Assurance Analyst (QA Analyst)

We are looking for an experienced **French and English** speaking Quality Assurance analyst to work with one of our client companies in the financial services industry. You will review customer service calls and chats to ensure customer support agents are following procedure and compliance.

You'll get to work with a major North American financial services company, specifically with their Canadian division.

Salary:

RD $270 (Pesos Per Hour)

Schedules available:

09:00AM - 06:00PM (FRI - SAT OFF)
Canada and Local Holiday work – Upon client’s request. Additional overtime if working on a Dominican holiday.

Responsibilities Include:

- Auditing 20 calls/chats per day
- Grading calls/chats and identifying areas where management can improve training
- Flagging non-compliant procedures or incorrect information
- Completing accurate and complete audit reports in a timely fashion
- Helping users navigate the website and their account

Requirements for the role:

- B2+ French
- B2+ English
- Must have great reading, writing, listening, and speaking ability in French and English
- 2+ years experience in a QA role

***Training will be provided in ENGLISH, but you will QA voice calls and chats in FRENCH.***
