With contact centers located in the Dominican Republic, Uruguay, and Paraguay, and commercial offices in Miami, FL, we offer a wide range of services to corporations, middle-sized companies, and small companies across various sectors. Our services include customer service, 24/7 answering services, Telemarketing, Data Entry, Lead Generation, Help Desk, and Live Web Chat. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional outsourcing services with multilingual operators in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French, catering to the demanding markets of the USA, Israel, Canada, and Europe.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Telecom Networks Outsourcing in Santiago de los Caballeros. As a Customer Service Representative, your day-to-day tasks will include providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer inquiries and requests, and delivering a positive customer experience. You will be the main point of contact between our clients and their customers, handling various customer service-related tasks to maintain strong business relationships.
