Descripción de la oferta de trabajo
Key Responsibilities:
Provide bilingual support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with QuickBooks setup, usage, and troubleshooting.
Manage and resolve customer inquiries regarding accounting software and financial processes.
Train and guide clients on best practices for QuickBooks usage.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues.
Qualifications:
Fluency in English.
Proven experience with QuickBooks and accounting software.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in QuickBooks or accounting.
Familiarity with financial reporting and data analysis.
