We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Support Agent with expertise in QuickBooks. The ideal candidate will provide assistance to clients in managing financial data, troubleshooting QuickBooks issues, and delivering exceptional customer service in English.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide bilingual support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with QuickBooks setup, usage, and troubleshooting.
Manage and resolve customer inquiries regarding accounting software and financial processes.
Train and guide clients on best practices for QuickBooks usage.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues.
Qualifications:
Fluency in English.
Proven experience with QuickBooks and accounting software.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in QuickBooks or accounting.
Familiarity with financial reporting and data analysis.
