Quality Health Safety Environmental and Sustainability
*Minimum a BSc. Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Food Engineer
or food science from an accredited institution.
*Master’s degree in science in an appropriate field such as Chemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biology or Food Engineer or Food Science will be a definite asset.
*Languages – Fluent in English and working level of (French or Spanish).
*Availability to reside in another country
*Ability to travel in significant manner in across Europe, Africa and Caribbean.
*Proven managerial skills at director level backed up with continuing education in business management
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, with a minimum of 5 years in Product Quality Management in the Food Bottling Industry, including 3 years in a Director/Executive position.
Proven ability to manage quality across multiple manufacturing plants, working with suppliers, and focusing on costs and processes.
Knowledge and experience in Good Manufacturing Practices.
Demonstrated experience in leadership and team development.
Strong leadership in building a Zero Accident Culture.
Demonstrated people management skills and the ability to interact with senior corporate executives, both internal and external.
Demonstrated experience and passion for sustainability in the supply chain. Ability to develop a strategic roadmap and follow up on key actions and projects to achieve it.
Annual Base Salary - USD 60,000
Monthly Incentive - USD 1,000
Additional Benefits - Company Vehicle, Accommodations , if the candidate attains a CSME Certificate that will be an asset, the company will arrange a work permit.
