A Customer Service Administrative Assistant supports customer service operations by handling administrative tasks, communicating with customers, and ensuring smooth office processes.
Job Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Maintain customer records and update databases
Process orders, returns, and refunds
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Prepare reports, invoices, and other documents
Coordinate with different departments to resolve customer issues

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience in customer service or administrative roles
