We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Agent with experience in GoHighLevel and ClickUp to provide exceptional support and ensure smooth task coordination.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
Use GoHighLevel to manage customer relationships and workflows.
Collaborate and track tasks efficiently with ClickUp.
Troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed.
Maintain accurate customer records and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications;
C1 English Level
Experience in customer service with GoHighLevel and ClickUp.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work ONSITE ONLY,
