Descripción de la oferta de trabajo
This is an on-site position in our office in Naco.
This position is 40 hours a week.
Schedule available:
1. 10pm to 6am Central Time (Midnight to 08am Dominican Time)
You will monitor live security camera feeds (CCTV) and respond to escalations. You will respond according to the company's protocol and will be assisted with software.
Responsibilities include:
- Handle all escalated incidents
- Follow procedures detailed in incidents
- Utilize audio, notify police and guards
- Use good judgement
- Help with overflow review of potential crimes/threats and escalate as needed
This position requires:
- B2+ English (good written and verbal)
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to make good judgment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Background check
We will provide a transportation allowance.
- Salario:
- RD$42,000.00 Mensual
