This is an on-site job in our office in Los Prados.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Eastern time.

We're looking for Technical Support Specialists to join our team. You will be working with hardware and software as well as troubleshoot issues with customers.

You will need to have clear verbal English and excellent written English.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer tech support tickets
Troubleshoot technical issues with customers
Maintain deployed hardware with updates and system checks via software
Report operational efficiency to management

Requirements:

C1 English (written and verbal) with certification
Clear and concise writing in English
Good listening skills and attention to detail on the phone in English
Experience working with technical support or technical background

Preferred Requirements:

C2 English with certification
Experience working with IoT devices
Salario:
RD$42,000.00 Mensual
