Responsibilities:
- Manage Back-Office teams
- Manage QA
- Interview applicants
- Coach and train reps
- Perform periodic personnel evaluations
- Assist with client conversations when necessary
Requirements:
- C1 English (advanced written and verbal)
- Experience managing a team
- Attention to detail
- Analytical methodology
- Salario:
- RD$60,000.00 Mensual
