• This job is on-site. The office is in the Naco neighborhood of Santo Domingo.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm New York time

This is NOT a sales job.

Role Description:

We are looking for a motivated person to work with a US based insurance company. As a representative, you will be the first person our insurance customers speak with when a new claim is filed. As Claims Representative, you will ensure customers receive a high level of customer service and professionalism.

What you will do:

• Document all the facts regarding the claim
• Review our methods of inspection with the customers
• Review the insurance coverage of the customer's insurance policy
• Identify, document, and communicate any potential red flags to the file handlers and the team leads
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• No insurance experience required
• C1 or better English, written and spoken
• High attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Experience working in customer service is preferred.

Training:

You will be given training on the car insurance industry and how to process insurance claims. The program includes a combination of activities designed to give the claims representative a full understanding of the claims department and how the department interacts with other areas of the organization. You will be developed for success.
