Inside Sales Agent

Amstar DMC is looking for an Inside Sales Agent to join our Punta Cana’s office. The right candidate will be able to sell experiences and services using solid arguments to prospective customers, reach out to customer leads through cold calling and maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Be Knowledgeable about the product.
• Identify prospective customers to discuss needs.
• Lead generation and conversion.
• Follow up sales with new and existing customers.
• Take & answer calls from InContact platform.
• Answer incoming emails from customers within 24 hours
• Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Closing sales and achieving quotas

REQUIREMENTS

High level of English.
Experience in sales or related areas. (1-year minimum)
Highschool Diploma or higher.
Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Ability to work as a team and rotating schedules.
Patience, service & sales oriented, and clear speech are a must.
