In this role, the responsibilities include, but are not limited to, lead and inspire the Customer Services Agents in the delivery of outstanding destination services, ensuring that the ever-changing customer demands are met and exceeded by effectively supervising the team.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in similar position.
Call Center experience is a plus.
College Degree
Bilingual (English / Spanish) spoken & written.
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office.
Ability and willingness to work as a Team
