We are looking for a friendly and organized receptionist for our call center. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our visitor, and their role is crucial in ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.
Requirements:
- Valid Dominican ID (Cedula).
- Previous experience in Customer Service or as a receptionist.
- Proficiency in English (Intermediate B1-B2) spoken and written).
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multitasking environment.
