Descripción de la oferta de trabajo

This position requires English (verbal and written).

This is an on-site position in our office in Los Prados.

This position is 40 hours a week.

**This schedule is for overnight (Midnight to 8am)**

You will supervise a team of Incident Managers and Triage operators (CCTV). Your team will monitor live security camera feeds and respond to escalations. They will respond according to the company's protocol and will be assisted with software. You'll help fill gaps in coverage and assist the team as needed.

Responsibilities include:

- Supervise a team
- Coordinate with other teams and managers
- Follow procedures detailed in incidents
- Help with overflow review of potential crimes/threats

This position requires:

- B2+ English (written and verbal)
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to make good judgment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Background check

We provide a transportation allowance of RD $5.000 per month in addition to the monthly salary.
