Descripción de la oferta de trabajo
The HR Generalist will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, supporting our growing team and contributing to a strong company culture.
Key responsibilities include:
Employee Relations: Handling employee inquiries, conducting investigations, and resolving employee relations issues. Advising managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Managing the full recruitment cycle for various roles within the company, from job posting to offer acceptance. Developing and implementing engaging onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into Telecom Networks.
Benefits Administration: Administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and other perks. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and communicating benefits information effectively to employees.
HRIS Management: Maintaining and updating the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Generating reports, analyzing HR data, and identifying trends to improve HR processes.
Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations (e.g., ADA, FMLA, FLSA). Developing and updating HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and legal requirements within the telecommunications industry.
Performance Management: Supporting the performance management process, including performance reviews, goal setting, and development plans. Working with managers to provide constructive feedback and identify opportunities for employee growth.
Training & Development: Identifying training needs and coordinating training programs for employees, focusing on skills development relevant to the telecommunications sector.
HR Projects: Participating in various HR projects, such as compensation analysis, employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, and organizational development projects. Contributing to the overall strategic goals of the HR department.
About You:
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
1+ years of experience as an HR generalist, preferably within the technology or call center industry.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with ATS systems and social media platforms preferred.
