Job Overview:

The Recruitment and Sourcing Specialist is a vital part of the talent acquisition team, tasked with identifying, attracting, and selecting top candidates to meet organizational needs. This role leverages advanced sourcing strategies, diverse recruitment platforms, and relationship management to build strong talent pipelines while maintaining a seamless hiring process. Key responsibilities include managing job postings, maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), coordinating interviews, conducting candidate assessments, and participating in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's market presence. Additionally, the Specialist analyzes recruitment metrics to optimize processes and ensures compliance with high standards, fostering strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders alike.

Responsibilities:

Identify, attract, and select suitable candidates to fill vacancies through job boards, social networks, professional platforms, and direct outreach.
Design and execute advanced sourcing strategies, including creative and targeted methods to attract passive talent on professional platforms and industry communities.
Provide a positive experience for both candidates and internal clients by maintaining constant communication with hiring managers about recruitment progress and aligning expectations.
Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated with all required candidate information, ensuring its effective use as a key recruitment management tool.
Develop and manage relationships with potential talent, building a strong network through databases, networking events, job fairs, and communication campaigns to identify key profiles for long-term needs.
Post and monitor job openings across various channels, evaluate their performance, and maintain the candidate database updated within the ATS.
Review resumes and conduct interviews via phone or WhatsApp to assess communication skills, customer service abilities, and other job-specific skills.
Coordinate interviews and specific skill assessments with hiring managers, as well as manage reference checks, background verifications, credit history, and laboratory tests as applicable.
Participate in employer branding activities and company promotion to attract talent.
Analyze and optimize recruitment process outcomes, including hiring times, employee retention, and industry best practices, while responding to candidate inquiries and generating metrics to enhance efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or similar roles (experience preferred but not required).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Experience in customer service and teamwork.
Advanced English level.
