Key Responsibilities:
Community Engagement:
Actively engage with the online community across all platforms (social media, forums, blogs, etc.).
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Foster positive relationships with customers, followers, and influencers.
Content Creation:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create, curate, and manage content (text, images, and video) tailored to the community.
Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and engagement.
Brand Advocacy:
Monitor brand mentions and industry trends to stay informed and maintain a proactive presence.
Represent the brand authentically in all interactions, ensuring alignment with the company’s values and tone.
Community Growth:
Implement strategies to grow the community through campaigns, collaborations, and outreach.
Identify and engage with key influencers and ambassadors to promote the brand.
Conflict Resolution:
Address complaints, negative feedback, or conflicts within the community constructively and professionally.
Escalate issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Proficiency in tools or platforms commonly used in education, design, and creative industries as Canvas and Adobe.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) refers to understanding and applying strategies and techniques to improve the visibility of websites or content in search engine result also includes content marketing, and online reputation management will be a plus.
