At this time we are accredited by EU Independent Validator as RA3 (Third County Regulated Agent). We’re the first accredited ISAGO company in Dominican Republic by IATA.

Descripción de la oferta de trabajo
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Cargo Division team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to exporters, airlines, and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to cargo shipments, bookings, and logistics via email, phone, and in-person.
- Assist exporters, airlines, and partners with cargo documentation, schedules, and special requirements.
- Provide real-time updates on cargo status and resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient handling of shipments and customer requests.
Requirements:
- High school diploma, Certificado de Bachiller.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in logistics, cargo, or transportation sectors.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with customer service software is preferred.
