Job Title: Client Services Account Executive - On Site

Responsibilities:
Customer Service Account Executive is responsible of handling Consumers requests and processing these into our CRM systems.
Orders are received by telephone, fax and email.
They are the front-line communication to the customer and help resolve complaints/returns.
Provides help and assist in all the activities related to the department.

Job Requirements:
Term Student or college Graduated.
Strong work ethic and good attitude.
Excellent typing skills and computer literacy and working-level skill with the basic MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer)
professional phone etiquette
Strong effective interpersonal communications
Listening skills and attention to detail both written and verbal communication is key.
Advance English Level
