In this role, the responsibilities include but are not limited to support the different departments, vendors, external customers, that interact with our systems. Making sure all information is up to date on the different products we offer and submit corrections for discrepancies, changes via Data Management in MX. Assistance with processes of cancellations and refunds that need to be processed for web customers.

REQUIREMENTS:
Live in La Altagracia.
At least 1 year of experience in similar position.
High School Diploma
Bilingual (English / Spanish) spoken & written.
Knowledge & Experienced on Microsoft Suite
Knowledge of Systems Database is a plus
Ability to work on a complex environment
Ability to work with deadlines
Ability to work with external suppliers
Customer Service oriented
Good communication skills
Problem solving mentality
