• Provide exceptional customer support via email.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer orders and requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer problems.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies.
• Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Proactively identify and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
• Uphold a positive and customer-centric attitude in all interactions.
• Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times.
• Stay informed about industry trends and updates to better assist customers. Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Empathetic and patient demeanor when dealing with customer concerns.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
Salario:
RD$37,000.00 Mensual
