Account Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in Santiago de los Caballeros. The Key Account Manager will manage and maintain relationships with key accounts. The Key Account Manager will communicate with clients to understand their needs and develop business plans to meet them. The Key Account Manager will also provide exceptional customer service to key accounts to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

Proven experience in Account Management
Strong Business Planning skills
Previous Customer Service experience
Experience working with key accounts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Able to work under pressure and adaptable to changes in a fast-paced environment
