Descripción de la Oferta de Trabajo

We are a U.S. company with representation in Latin America. We want to hire someone for a full-time position who will grow with the company and be a part of our customer service and operations team (This is not another call center job).

The ideal candidate is fluent in English, loves talking to people, has a willingness to learn, and proactively solves issues.
You will be responsible for maintaining great relationships with customers, making sure they are satisfied, and handling all their account needs.

Bonus
You will receive a sizable bonus based on your performance after completing 6 months and again after completing 1 year with us.

Responsibilities
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, availability, and claims
• Communicating and working with internal departments to gather information and meet customer's needs
• Methodical data entry in various platforms
• Processing customer claims

Qualifications
• Fluent in English (Native or fully bilingual)
• 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience (is a plus)
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
